Nathan J. Breen
NATHAN J. BREEN is a partner with Howe & Hutton, Ltd. He earned his undergraduate degree from DePaul University and his Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School. While in school, Nathan served on the editorial board of The John Marshall Law Review as Executive Lead Articles Editor and externed for a judge in the Chancery Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County. Nathan's practice is concentrated primarily in association intellectual property and Internet law, including trademarks, copyrights, domain names, e-commerce, and privacy issues. Nathan also maintains a practice in commercial litigation, contracts, and hospitality law. He is former Chair of the Trade and Professional Associations Committee of the Chicago Bar Association. Nathan teaches courses in hospitality law as an adjunct professor at Kendall College and Lexington College.
